The one benefit of working the late night shift at Pancakes is that you can get wicked sweet pictures of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and the Opera House at both night itme and early morning. I've used this to my advantage numerous times. When walking to work at Pancakes we would walk right along the Sydney Harbor overlooking the opera house and harbor bridge. It is an absolute phenomenal walk, so very breath taking.
